A Money Bill can be put into effect only after the recommendation of the President in the Lok Sabha . The Rajya Sabha cannot introduce, reject or amend this Bill once passed in the Lok Sabha.

Constitution Amendment Bills need to be passed in both the House of Parliament  without majority. If their is any disagreement  in regard to this bill in between the two Houses of Parliament, the option for a  joint sitting of the Houses of Parliament cannot be initiated as the provision of article 368 of the Constitution requires both the  Houses to pass the Bill through a special majority.

Ordinary bills require simple majority to come into force but incase there is a deadlock between  both the Houses a joint sitting can be arranged by the President under the provision of Article 108.

Option a. 1 that is Ordinary legislation is the correct answer.
