A dealer bought 100 quintals of sugar at ₹.700 per quintal. He sold 50 quintal at Rs. 1000 per quintal and the remaining at ₹.800 per quintal find his gain or gain percent.​

Answer:

1 quintal =₹700

100 quintal = 700*100

=70000

1 quintal = 1000

50 quintal = 50*1000

= 50000

1 quintal = 800

50 quintal. = 800*50

= 40000

Total gain. = 90000-70000

= 20000

gain percent = 28.57%
