Answer:

The Selling price op each watch out of remaining watches is Rs.495

Step-by-step explanation:

Total no. of watches = 100 watches

CP of 1 watch = Rs.400

CP of 20 watches = 400 \times 20 = 8000

Gain% = 5%

SP of 20 watches = SP=\frac{CP(100+P\%)}{100}

SP=\frac{8000(100+5)}{100}

SP=8400

Let SP of 1 watch out of remaining be x

So SP Of 80 remaining watches = 80x

CP of 80 watches = 80*400 =32000

Total CP of 100 watches= 40000

Total SP = 8400+80x

Profit\%=\frac{SP-CP}{CP} \times 100

To gain 20%on the whole transaction

20=\frac{8400+80x-40000}{40000} \times 100

x=495

Hence The Selling price op each watch out of remaining watches is Rs.495
