A dealer bought 60 radios at 3000 each and sold them under a special scheme. For every two radios purchased from him at x each, he gave one radio free. He sold all the radios and all his customers took
advantage of the scheme. If he incurred a loss of 10x,

Given, for each radio C.P.=Rs600

For the first Radio,

Profit % = Sp .1 - Cp. /Cp ×100 = 12%

So.1 - 600 - 100 /600 × 100 = 12%

=>S.P.1−600=72

=>S.P.1=Rs672

Given, total Loss =−Rs25

=>TotalS.P.−Total.C.P.=−25

=>672+S.P.2−1200=−25

=>S.P.2−528=−25

=>S.P.2−503

Hence, he sold the second radio for Rs 503
