bought price of bat = 80 × 50 = 4000
10% bat sold at 40 Rupees = 80 10 % = 8 bat
8 bat at 40 = 40× 8 = 320
remains bat at 50 = 80 - 8 = 72 × 50 = 3600
3600 + 320 = 3920
loss = 4000 -3920 = 80
 \frac{80}{4000}   \times  \frac{x}{100}    \:  \frac{8000}{4000}
= the dealer have loss of 2%
