sp of book = MP×100-d%/100

=X(100-10)/100

=90x/100

=₹9x/10

cp of book =100/100+profit%Xsp

=100/100+12×9x/10

=100/112×9x/10

=25/28(9x/10)

=45x/56

Now, cp of book/mp of book=45x/56/x

=45/56

=45:56
