Given: a dealer in agra sold an led to a customer in agra for 28000

sgst is 2520

To Find: Rate of GST

Solution:

a dealer in agra sold an led to a customer in agra for 28000

Let say GST rate = x %

GST = (x/100)28000 = 280x

Transaction is with in the same state

SGST=CGST GST/2

=> SGST = 280x/2

=> SGST = 140x

=> 2520 140x

=> 252 = 14x

=> x = 18

Rate of GST = 18%
