Purchased 240 bulbs means 20 dozen at the rate of Rs. 198 per dozen
So total cost of 240 bulbs is=20*198=3960
25/4% of bulbs were damaged
So damaged bulbs are=[(25*/4)/100]*240=15 bulbs
Number of bulbs to be sell=240-15=225
To make 12.5% profit on 3960
it means selling price of total 225 bulbs is=1.125*3960=4455
Selling price of each bulb is=4455/225=19.8 for each bulb
So total cost of 240 bulbs is=20*198=3960
25/4% of bulbs were damaged
So damaged bulbs are=[(25*/4)/100]*240=15 bulbs
Number of bulbs to be sell=240-15=225
To make 12.5% profit on 3960
it means selling price of total 225 bulbs is=1.125*3960=4455
Selling price of each bulb is=4455/225=19.8 for each bulb
