Hey Friends here is the best answer of your question ______________^^^^^^____________

The dealer purchased 250 bulb for ₹ 10 each .

* Each bulb = ₹ 10 then 250 bulb = 250 × 10 = ₹2500.

* And 12 bulb also get fused so 12 bulb = 12 × 10 = ₹120 .

* 250 Bulb - 12 bulb = 238 bulb .

*so , 238 bulb × ₹10 = ₹ 2380.

Now he has 238 bulb and he sold each bulb into ₹ 12
so now 238 × 12 = ₹ 2856.

So he has got gain because he purchase all the bulb into ₹ 2500 & he sold the all bulb in ₹ 2856.

Gain =₹ 2856 - ₹2500 = ₹356 .

So , Profit % or we can say gain % = profit / c.p × 100.

= 356 /2500× 100. = 14.24 %

Hope it will help you-------------------------------

Cost Price of 1 bulbs = Rs. 10

Cost Price of 250 bulbs = (250 x 10) = Rs. 2500

Number of bulbs fused = 12

number of remaining bulbs = (250 - 12) = 238

Selling Price of 1 bulb =Rs. 12

Selling Price of 238 bulbs = Rs. (238 x 12) = Rs. 2856

Since SP>CP. , so GRAIN

Grain = (SP - CP)

= Rs. (2856 - 2500) = Rs. 356

⇒Grain Percent = (grain / CP x 100)

= (356 / 2500 x 100)

= 89%

⇒Loss Percent = (grain / SP x 100)

= (356 / 2856 x 100)

= 11%

I hope is helpful
