A dealer sold a toy for ₹ 1044 after allowing a discount of 13 % on its marked price . Find the marked price ?

  • Discount = 13 %

To find:-

  • Marked Price

Solution:-

\sf  \red{\: S.p = (1 -  \frac{d}{100} ) \times M.p }\\ \pink{ 1044 = (1 -  \frac{13}{100} )  \times M.p}\\  \color{pink}1044 =  \frac{87}{100}  \times M.p  \\ \color{plum} M.p =  \frac{100}{87}  \times 1044 \\   \color{lime}= ₹1200

Hence, The Marked price is ₹1200.
