Use water wisely and carefully and properly. A person cannot live without water. Water is essentially local. Water is a life preserver, but it can also be a life destroyer when it becomes a carrier of deadly bacteria or a flash flood. Many of the greatest natural disasters of our time have been related to water. Water is a renewable but finite resource. So, preserve it. each of us depends on water for life. Since we all enjoy the benefits of having pure, clean water, we must help conserve water so that we may continue to enjoy these benefits.It is a job for the every day person who just likes to have access to the life sustaining resource of water. We must all recognize that water conservation really is our personal responsibility and not just leave it up to other people.
