Solution :

  • To find the numbers lying between  1.2 and 1.22  we convert given numbers into fraction by removing decimal
  • By multiplying denominator and numerator with 10 and 100 respectively .

                \frac{1.2\times10 }{10}  and  \frac{1.22\times100 }{100}

     ⇒        \frac{12}{10}  and  \frac{122}{100}

  • Now , we can find three decimal number between  \frac{12}{10}  and  \frac{122}{100} .
  • They are     \frac{13}{10} , \frac{14}{10} \ and \frac{15}{10}

      Hence three decimal numbers are : 1.3 , 1.4 , 1.5
