This is because of the the pressure difference. At sea the sea levels our body internal pressure cancels out the outer atmospheric pressure. But, ag high altitudes the air pressure decreases. This results in bleeding from nose. When we dive deep inside the sea water the pressure increases (The atmospheric pressure + The pressure applied by the sea water).
