An alloy is a combination of metals or of a metal and another element. Alloys are defined by a metallic bonding character. An alloy may be a solid solution of metal elements (a single phase) or a mixture of metallic phases (two or more solutions).
Compared to pure metals, alloys can be stronger, more resistant to damage and more versatile. The advantage ofalloys differs depending on the specific alloy. Some are better than pure materials, while some are worse. Most alloys are formed for one or two specific properties, like strength and rust resistance...

Hola❤️
A homogeneous mixture of two or more metals or a metal and a non metal is known as a alloy.
Ex:- Steel,brass,Bronze,etc.
Enhance tensile strength:
Alloy formation increases the tensile strength of the parent metal.
Enhance corrosion resistance:
Alloys are more resistant to corrosion than pure metals.
