Answer:

TROPHIC LEVEL

  • Trophic level is the any sequential in a food chain.
  • Trophic level represent functional role not such as species.
  • Trophic level 1 is primary producer (PP).
  • Trophic level 2 is called primary consumer.
  • Trophic level 3 is called secondary consumer.
  • Trophic level 4 is called Top carnivores.
  • Energy transfer from one trophic level to other trophic level according to 10% rule.

b) When we kill the all organism in one trophic level then, energy transfer will stop to the next trophic level , disturbs the food chain and may leads to the collapsing of an ecosystem.

Explanation:

FOOD CHAIN

  • Food chain is the community of organisms where each member is eaten by another member.
  • Generally, food chain have four trophic level.
  • Energy flow in food chain is unidirectional (Producers to consumers).
  • There are three types of food chain
  1. G.F.C / Grazing food chain / Predator food chain.
  2. P.F.C / Parasitic food chain / Axillary food chain.
  3. D.F.C / Detritus food chain.
