▪︎In china , elections are held regularly after 5 years for electing the country's parliament but the government is always formed by the Communist Party.

▪︎Since its independence in 1930 Mexico whole selections after every 6 years to elect its president but until 2000 every election was won by the institutional Revolutionary party.

▪︎The ruling party and sitting MP aur MLA frequently loses elections in India where as it is not true in China and Mexico.

the elections must offer a real choice between political alternatives . and it should be possible for people to use there choice to remove the existing rulers,if they wish so. so a democracy must be based on free and fair election where those currently in power have a chance of loosing.
