m = -v/u
4 = -v/-4
16 = v
1/f = 1/v + 1/u
1/f = 1/16 + 1/-4
1/f = 1-4/16
1/f = -3/16
f = 16/-3
f = -5.33 cm
Hence it's focal length is -5.33cm
and it is a concave mirror because focal length is negative.
