a) The surgical method of birth control for men is vasectomy and for female is tubectomy.
i) For men (vasectomy)
vasectomy is applied in case of males. in this method, a small portion of vas deference is removed or tied up through an incision on the scrotum to prevent the passage of sperm.
ii) for women(Tubectomy)
Tubectomy is applied in case of females, where a small part of fallopian tube is removed or tied up through a small incision in the abdomen or through Vagina to prevent the passage of ova.
Both these methods are highly effective but poorly reversible.
B) Barriers methods Include condoms, diaphragms, cervical caps and vaults.
