A detergent company is having a contest, each pack of 1 kg contains one of the letters b, a , m and o. In every 20 packs, there are 4 b's, five a's, ten m's and one o. Then,

Since, a pack is drawn without replacement, then probability of getting a letter = total number of packs having the letter/ total number of packs. Then,

Probability of getting "b" = 4/20 = 1/5

Probability of getting a "a" = 5/20 = 1/4

Probability of getting a "m" = 10/20 = 1/2

Probability of getting a "o" = 1/20.
