FIRST  CASE

GIVEN ONE DIAGONAL = 16 CM

OTHER DIAGONAL = x CM

AREA OF RHOMBUS =( DIAGONAL 1 x DIAGONAL 2 ) / 2

= 16 x X CM^2

= 16X CM^2

SECOND CASE

GIVEN ONE DIAGONAL = 18 CM

OTHER DIAGONAL = x CM

AREA OF RHOMBUS =( DIAGONAL 1 x DIAGONAL 2 ) / 2

= 18 x X CM^2

= 18X CM^2

PERCENTAGE OF SECOND DIAGONAL TO BE REDUCED =  (18 -16) = 2 OF 18 %= 11.111111111111%

SO ANSWER IS 11.111111111111%
