Customer: Well I just bought a new washing machine just 2 days before from your shop and it seems like it's a defective machine.

Shopkeeper: No no it's not possible, We don't sell any defective models in our shop, there must be an issue in the machine sir.

Customer: No its not the fault of machine, The number I wrote of washing is not same of the washing machine you wrote and your dilevery man delivered it , I thought there might be some mistake done by me but the machine completely stopped yesterday.

Shopkeeper: Oh no, we are so sorry sir! Can I have a look at your bill?

Customer: Sure, here is the bill. Can I have a return of this defective model?

Shopkeeper: Yes sir! We will send you another Washing machine Just tomorrow! We are so sorry.

Customer: It's ok, Thank you! Are there any extra charges?

Shopkeeper: No sir , as it's a mistake from us there are no extra charges, we will deliver it free to your house.

Customer: that's great! Thank you once again. I shall leave now.
