Mother: son, your teacher called up to report that you keep mum during the online class! You don’t even respond to her when she puts a question to you!
Son: it is true mom; don’t be angry. I feel I don’t have the confidence to speak in front of all. I feel my English is weak.
Mother: but not speaking will further make you feel more unconfident. The solution to problems can be found by going through them, not by avoiding them.
Son: What should I do then?
Mother: You should try to speak English whenever there is opportunity to do so. Don’t be scared of making mistakes. Your teachers will correct you if you make mistakes.
Son: Alright mom, I will act upon your advice.
