Officer: sure sir, you can collect the form from the next counter and submit the same with required fees and documents.  

2nd person: I want to add a nominee in my savings account.  

Officer: no problem sir, please fill up the nominee form and submit it here.  

3rd person: help me to make a bank draft of Rs. 10,000/-.  

Officer: sir, please fill up the form and submit the form with the cash or cheque at the cash counter.
