radius =17.5/2 = 8.75

Area=

22 \div 7 \times 8.5 \times 8.5 \times 3.5

= 7.9475

Area of circular field = π(17.5)² = 962.5 m²

Area of circular field with pathway = π(17.5+3.5)² = π(21)² = 1386

Area of path = (1386 - 962.5) m² = 423.5 m²
