A dice has 6 faces numbered 1-6
•°• P(T) = {1, 2,3,4,5,6}
P(T)= 6
The probability of getting prime numbers if the dice is thrown once is =
P(e) = { 2,3,5} = 3
P = no. of event / no. of total
= P(e) /P(T)
= 3/6
= 1/2
therefore, the probability of getting prime numbers is 1/2 or 0.5
