probability =no of favourable outcomes / total number of outcomes

probability of getting 6 =no of favourable outcomes/ 100

2/5 = no offavourable outcomes/ 100

no of favourable outcomes= 2×100/5=40

ans- 40 times 6 comes up

Answer:

40 times

Step-by-step explanation:

We see that ,

Total Outcome = 100

n(s) = 100

Favourable outcome (getting 6) = n(E)

P(of getting 6) = 2/5

so, n(E)/n(s)= 2/5

=> n(E)/100 = 2/5

=> n(E) = 2/5 x 100

=> n(E) = 40

Ans.. 40
