No. of possible outcomes : 6

Are they equally likely? Why?

Answer 2)

Yes, they are equally likely as Probability of happening of all outcomes individually is same.

Question 3)

Find the probability of a composite number turning up on the top face.

Answer 3)

Composite No. : { 4,6}
=> n(E) = 2
=>n(S) = 6

Therefore,
Required Probability = 2/6= 1/3
