Step-by-step explanation:

Sample space (s)

={1,2,3,4,5,6}

n(s)=6

Now let

Event A= getting prime number

A={2,3,5}

n(A)=3

Event B=an odd number

B={1,3,5}

n(B)=3

Now

P(A)=n(A)/n(S)

=3/6

=1/2

Hence the probability of a prime number is 1/2.

P(b)=n(B)/n(S)

=3/6

1/2

thus the probability of getting odd number is 1/2.

I think this is correct answer.
