Total outcomes of a die when rolled once:

1,2,3,4,5,6=6

Not a multiple of 3 : 1,2,4,5

i.e. Favourable outcomes =4

Therefore,

Probability P(E)=4/6

=2/3

3

2/3 is the answer

Step-by-step explanation:

all possible outcomes are - 1,2,3,4,5,6=6

favourable outcomes are - 1,2,4,5=4

formula- total outcomes/ favourable outcomes

therefore, 4/6

in standerd form it is = 2/3

therefore,2/3 is your answer
