1 die is rolled twice. As a die has 6 numbers as faces, the no. of total outcomes is 6² = 36.

And, there are 10 favourable possibilities in which 4 comes up exactly one time:

(4, 1)

(4, 2)

(4, 3)

(4, 5)

(4, 6)

(1, 4)

(2, 4)

(3, 4)

(5, 4)

(6, 4)

The no. at left is the outcome at first roll, and that at right is the outcome at second roll.

∴ Probability = 10/36 = 5/18

Hope this helps. Plz mark it as the brainliest.

Thank you. :-))
