There are only 2 types of numbers in this context, odd or even.
Probability of odd number =  1- 2/5 = (5-2)/5 = 3/5

If the probability of getting an even number is 2/5, then probability of getting an odd number (the opposite) will be

= 1-2/5

= 5-2/5 = 3/5

This is because probability cannot be greater than 1

Hope this helped......... :)
