Sample space {1,2,3,4,5,6}
therefore,
n(s) = 6
(i) favourable outcome = prime numbers = 2,3,5
n(E) = 3
therefore,
P(E) = 3/6 = 1/2
(ii) favourable outcome = no. between 2 and 6 = 3,4,5
n(E) = 3
therefore,
P(E) = 3/6 = 1/2
