A die is thrown once. what is the probability that it shows (i) 3 (ii) 4 (iii) number greater than 4.

here total outcomes will be 6
(i)favourable outcomes={3}=1
so probability = 1/6
(ii)favourable outcomes ={4}=1
so probability = 1/6
(iii)favourable outcomes ={5,6}=2
so probability =2/6=1/3
