Outcomes in a dice..
1,2,3,4,5,6. {6 outcomes}
Prime numbers in the dice :- 2,3,5. {3 outcomes}
Probablity of getting a prime number=
No.of possible outcomes/Total number of outcomes..
P(E)=3/6
=1/2..
Hence the probablity is 1/2 or 0.5

HEYA ,
HERE IS YOUR ANSWER,
___________________
Possible outcomes in a single th row of a die is { 1,2,3,4,5,6 }
=> n (S) = 6
There are 3 prime number { 2,3,5 }
=> n (E) = 3
So, required probability = n(E)/n (S) = 3/6 = 1/2
Hence, the probability of getting a prime number is 1/2.
