let the number of time 4 comes up be x.

then, probability(getting 4)=

\frac{number\:of\:times\:4\:come}{total\:number\:of\:trials}

\frac{2}{5}=\frac{x}{200}

after cross multiplication,

400=5x

x=80

SOLUTION___✍️

Here, total number of trials= 200times

let x be the number of times occurring 4.

Probability= Frequency of the event occurring/Total no. of trials

So,

= x/200= 2/5 {probability is given}

= 5x= 400

=x= 400/5

=x= 80 times come up Ans.
