Answer:

(A) Mass is a property of matter. The mass of an object is the same everywhere. Weight depends on the effect of gravity. Weight increases or decreases with higher or lower gravity.

Mass can never be zero. Weight can be zero if no gravity acts upon an object, as in space.

Mass does not change according to location. Weight varies according to location.

Mass is a scalar quantity. It has magnitude. Weight is a vector quantity. It has magnitude and is directed toward the center

(B) Newton's law of gravitation, statement that any particle of matter in the universe attracts any other with a force varying directly as the product of the masses and inversely as the square of the distance between them.

(C) Since gravitational force is inversely proportional to the square of the separation distance between the two interacting objects, more separation distance will result in weaker gravitational forces. So as two objects are separated from each other, the force of gravitational attraction between them also decreases.
