potential energy of a dipole in uniform electric field = -pEcos(a)
=- 3.5*10^-15 *2*10^-4 *cos60°
=-3.5 * 10^-19
torque = pE sin(a)
=- 3.5*10^-15 *2*10^-4*sin60°
=-3.5√3 * 10^-19
