A director in a parastatal earns #1600000 per annum. His wife died three years ago leaving him with four young children. How much tax does he pay if he claims an allowances of #24000 for insurance premiums?.

no idea, but it appears he does get to deduct 4*24,000 = 96,000 from his income.

or 5*24,000 if he gets to include his own premiums.
