Now putting the values:

ma0 cosθ -μ (mg  +  ma0 sinθ ) = ma

=> a = a0 cosθ - μ (g  +  a0 sinθ )

Now putting the values again,

=> a =  25 x 4/5 - 2/5(10 + 25 x 3/5)

=> a = 10 m/s^2
