the angular velocity of point A with respect to point C is:

the angular velocity of point A with respect to point O is:

ω=(100m/s-0m/s)/2m

the angular velocity of A with respect to B is:

ω=[100m/s-(-100m/s)]/4m

ω=50 Rad/s
