Kinetic energy = 1/2 × mass × ( velocity )²
Given :
Mass = 400 g
= 400 / 1000 kg
= 4 / 10 kg
= 0.4 kg
Velocity = 2 m/s
Find the kinetic energy
K = 1/2 × 0.4 kg × ( 2 m/s )²
= > K = 0.2 kg × 4 m²/s²
= > K = 0.8 kg m²/s²
= > K = 0.8 J
ANSWER:
The kinetic energy is 0.8 J
