The magnetic field lines due to PQ inside the coil is directed into the plane of paper. As current in PQ is constantly increasing, flux through the loop is also constantly increasing. According to lenz's law, current will flow in the loop in such a direction to oppose the increase in the magnetic flux through the loop. Hence, magnetic field due to the induced current in the loop should be projected outside the paper. Hence, current should flow in the anti-clockwise direction as per the right hand rule.!
