We know,
V = wR
Where, v is linear velocity , w is angular velocity and R is radius of curve path .

Now, see the figure ,
At point A
___________
Va = woR along AX { wo is angular speed of rotating disc }

For point B
____________
Vb = woR [along BX'

At point C
____________
Radius of curvature for point C = R/2
angular speed = wo
Vc = woR/2 [ parallel to AX


We know, rolling isn't possible without friction . but here, table is perfectly frictionless , so, disc won't rotate .
