===========================
this is a very easy question

A dishonest shopkeeper professes to sell pulses at his cost price but uses a false weight of 950 grams for each kilogram

1 kilo =1000 grams

gain =1000 - 950

          = 50 grams

now gain  %=  \frac{gain *100}{950}

                = 5000/950

                  = 5.26......%

                = 5.3%

Step-by-step explanation:

we know that

1 kg = 1000 g
