A diver is able to cut through water in a swimming pool because being  a liquid it has weak inter molecules force of attraction between the molecules.

Hey!

___________________________

The diver is able to cut through water of a swimming pool.

The property of liquids responsible for this is - Liquids have intermolecular spaces between them.

When a diver jumps, the particle's of liquid moves on a side and the diver jumps into the space created.

Hope it helps...!!!

Anonymous: All forms of matter have intermolecular spaces between them. Having zero intermolecular space violates the uncertainty principle. The property of liquid is that they have weak intermolecular forces compared to solids.
