v=-10 (image distance)
f=-20 (focal length)
so by using lens formula,
1/u=1/v-1/f
=-1/10+1/20
=-1/20
1/u=-1/20
so u=-20 cm (object distance )
m=-h'/h
v/u=-h'/h
-10/-20=-h'/4
-h'=4×10/20
-h'=2
h'=-2 (size of image)
