Let me correct your question adenine has to be 120 and not 10
Chargaffs rule says
Adenine (A) pairs with Thymine (T)
Cytosine (C) pairs with Guanine (G)
The question says Adenine = 120 and cytosine is 120
A= T which is A= 120 and T is also 120
C= G which is C= 120 and G will be 120
therefore total number of nucleotides = A + T+C+G
= 120 + 120+120+120
Total number of nucleotides = 480
