Our bones are made of calcium and when they goes weak this means we are in the need of calcium and we know that milk and Milk products also contain calcium so when we consume milk and Milk products it replenishes the need of calcium in our body and our bones get stronger

The fundamental constituent of our bone is calcium. We obtain the maximum amount of calcium from milk and dairy products. It functions in the development of the constituents of the bones, enamel, and also required for the muscle contraction and clotting of blood. So, its natural while we talk about a patient who is suffering for bone's problem that there must be any problem in the constituents of the bone. That, means there is lack in calcium. So, a doctor advises a bone patient to include more milk and dairy product in his daily diet to meet the demands of calcium.
