a doctor advises an adolescents girl who is suffering from anaemia to include more of leafy vegetables and dates in her diet . Why so?

A common cause of anaemia is the deficiency of  ‘Iron’, ‘Vitamin B12’ and ‘Folate’ which are the chief components required to generate haemoglobin in the human body.


In order to supplement this deficit in the body natural source of such elements like green leafy vegetables and dates are recommended by the doctors to include in the diet.
