A doctor diagnosed a patient with iron deficiency and gave him tablet containing iron. But the tablet were not as hard and did not look like iron at all. What do you think the tablets contain?

These tablets contain ferrous sulphate, ferrous fernerate and solicited which can be broken down in the process of digestion and helps in forming of blood.

Reason why tablet is not hard and did not look like iron:

A doctor gave the patient a iron tablet that may not be as hard as like the iron because the iron tablet which we eat is made up of with the compound of ferrous sulphate, ferrous fumerate and ferrous citrate. These are the compound of the iron which we can easily digest in our body. So it is not needed the tablet to be strong as like the iron which we can see normally.
